A grounding blend of lavender, ylang ylang, lime, patchouli and clove for busy, over-full days. Beat Stress is a slow exhale in a bottle - the scent to reach for when everything feels like a lot.

How to use

Diffuser: add 2 - 3 drops per 100ml of water.
Facial steam: 1 - 2 drops into a bowl of steaming water, drape a towel over your head and breathe gently.
Bath: mix 5 - 10 drops through the water before you get in.
On the skin: always dilute - 5 drops to 30ml of a carrier oil (like sweet almond or fractionated coconut), then massage in.
Room: a few drops on a tissue or in a burner freshens a space beautifully.
Start with less than you think - you can always add more.

Ingredients: A blend of pure essential oils - Lavender, Bergamot, Ylang Ylang and Frankincense. Nothing added - no fillers, no synthetics. Vegan and cruelty-free.
