Finding us
There's free parking along the beach parade, right across the road. Head into Lyall Bay Junction, walk past Puku Pies - worth a stop on the way out - and we're the shop with the mural painted on it. Honestly, you'll see it before you see the sign!

Before you get in touch
You'll get a confirmation email the moment you order, then a second email with tracking once it's dispatched. Orders leave the studio within 1–2 business days. If it's been longer than that and you haven't heard from us, email hello@sevenscents.co.nz with your order number and we'll chase it.
Once dispatched, allow 1-2 business days for urban addresses and 2-3 for rural. North Island orders often arrive next day. Orders over $125 ship free. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
Yes. Choose click and collect at checkout and we'll email you when it's ready to pick up - usually the same day if you order before 12pm. Collect from the studio Tuesday to Saturday, 10am – 4pm.
Yes, within 30 days, as long as it's unopened and unused. For hygiene reasons we can't resell opened fragrance or skincare. Email us first and we'll sort it - the full policy is on our Shipping & Returns page.
We do. If you run a shop, salon, clinic, gift store or accommodation and you'd like to stock Seven Scents, email hello@sevenscents.co.nz with a bit about your business and we'll send our wholesale pricing and minimums.
Often, yes. We take on custom blends, custom labels and bulk orders depending on quantity and what you're after. Tell us the scent, format and rough numbers and we'll let you know what's possible and what it'd cost.
We do - client gifts, staff thank-yous, event favours, conference bags. We can put together something in your budget, and we can look at custom labelling for larger orders. Email us with numbers and a deadline.
Not all of them, and we're upfront about that. Our natural range is made with pure essential oils. Our fragrance and designer-inspired range uses phthalate-free fragrance oils, which is what makes those scents possible at all - you can't get a Baccarat Rouge 540 out of a plant. Every product page tells you which range it belongs to, so you always know what you're buying.
