A soft, soothing blend of lavender, ylang ylang, orange and sandalwood, made for winding down. Reach for Best Sleep as part of an evening ritual - a few drops in the bedroom diffuser before lights-out.

How to use

Diffuser: add 2 - 3 drops per 100ml of water.
Facial steam: 1 - 2 drops into a bowl of steaming water, drape a towel over your head and breathe gently.
Bath: mix 5 - 10 drops through the water before you get in.
On the skin: always dilute - 5 drops to 30ml of a carrier oil (like sweet almond or fractionated coconut), then massage in.
Room: a few drops on a tissue or in a burner freshens a space beautifully.
Start with less than you think - you can always add more.

Ingredients: A blend of pure essential oils - Lavender, Chamomile, Ylang Ylang and Cedarwood. Nothing added - no fillers, no synthetics. Vegan and cruelty-free.
