Bright, sweet and cheerful - a little like sunshine in a bottle. Sweet orange lifts the feel of a room in seconds, which makes it a favourite for kitchens, slow mornings and anywhere that could use a bit of warmth.

How to use

Diffuser: add 2 - 3 drops per 100ml of water.
Facial steam: 1 - 2 drops into a bowl of steaming water, drape a towel over your head and breathe gently.
Bath: mix 5 - 10 drops through the water before you get in.
On the skin: always dilute - 5 drops to 30ml of a carrier oil (like sweet almond or fractionated coconut), then massage in.
Room: a few drops on a tissue or in a burner freshens a space beautifully.
Start with less than you think - you can always add more.
