Meditation - a pure essential oil blend, hand-poured in small batches in our Lyall Bay studio, Wellington.

A grounding, woody blend of frankincense, sandalwood, patchouli and lavender with gentle floral depth. Meditation is a still, earthy scent for slowing the breath and settling in.

How to use

Diffuser: add 2 - 3 drops per 100ml of water.
Facial steam: 1 - 2 drops into a bowl of steaming water, drape a towel over your head and breathe gently.
Bath: mix 5 - 10 drops through the water before you get in.
On the skin: always dilute - 5 drops to 30ml of a carrier oil (like sweet almond or fractionated coconut), then massage in.
Room: a few drops on a tissue or in a burner freshens a space beautifully.
Start with less than you think - you can always add more.

Ingredients: A blend of pure essential oils - Frankincense, Sandalwood, Patchouli and Lavender. Nothing added - no fillers, no synthetics. Vegan and cruelty-free.

- Always dilute with a carrier oil before applying to skin, and patch test a small area first.
