How to use

Roll onto pulse points - wrists, temples, behind the ears, or the back of the neck - whenever you need it.
Breathe in slowly after applying, or massage gently into the skin.
Reapply through the day as often as you like.
Patch test a small area first, and avoid broken or sensitive skin.
Pre-diluted and ready to go - no carrier oil needed.
