This is the best one! Would have to be my absolute favourite. For someone who suffers from hay fever and gets sick all the time in winter, I put this on every night while I sleep and find it helps
my breathing so much.
We use the cold & flu regularly in my grandchildrens bedrooms and it certainly makes a difference. When they have the slightest sniffle it helps to clear it up in no time. Would definitely recommend.
I’ve purchased 3 bottles of this and have gone through the past 2 and now onto the third. I use it every night and it’s definitely changed my life with the kids.
