Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your order
Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds or exchanges after 30 days have passed.
To start a return: Email us at hello@sevenscents.co.nz and we'll walk you through the process.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. Provided everything is in new, unused condition with original packaging, we'll refund the purchase price (minus shipping costs) to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs for Returns
You'll be responsible for return shipping costs – these are non-refundable. Delivery timeframes for any exchanges will depend on your location.
Tip: For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without tracking, we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item.
