Seven Scents Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
Please allow 2 – 3 hours to process your order. If your order is placed during working hours, expect an email within 6 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

Store Pickup:  34/70 Kingsford Smith Street, Lyall Bay, Wellington (walk towards the beautiful mural painting… that is us!).

Orders can be picked up daily, from 10am – 4pm. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

Flat Rate Shipping:
If your order is made before 3.30pm it will be shipped that same day using NZ Post Overnight Courier service. Flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to all non-rural delivery orders and for rural deliveries $10. All orders made after 3.30pm will be shipped the next working day. We do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.

Shipping on ALL orders over $100 receives Free Shipping using NZ Post.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs. If you have not paid shipping on your original order (spent over $100) your refund will be deducted a flat rate of $8 for the original delivery fee.

If your order does not arrive within 7 days of receiving your tracking information please email [email protected] so we can start an investigation with NZ Post. Unfortunately if you notify us after this time, we cannot make enquiries with NZ Post and offer compensation.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis.
