At Seven Scents, we believe that customer satisfaction is paramount, and we want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. In the unlikely event that our products fall short of your expectations, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure that the process is as smooth and easy as possible for you.
Our confidence in the quality of our products is such that we provide a 14-day no questions asked money-back guarantee. However, for your item to be eligible for a return, it must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Should you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a return, exchange, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Similarly, if your order is delayed by the courier, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the tracking email, so we can follow up on your behalf. Please note that after this time, NZ Post will not cover any lost items.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used. However, in exceptional cases, we may offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected], and we will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to proceed. We request that you return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving the return authorisation number.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification. If your returns meet our criteria, we will refund the purchase price minus shipping costs through the same payment method used for the original transaction. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days of receipt of the returned items.

Please note that return shipping costs will not be covered unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and purchase shipping insurance to ensure that your return arrives safely.
