Relieves stress: Star anise has a soothing scent and possesses powerful sedative abilities that generate a tranquil atmosphere, mitigating stress and alleviating anxiety. It can help reduce symptoms of anxiety, depression, insomnia, and other mental illnesses.

For a subtle scent, add 3-5 drops of Aniseed essential oil to room-temperature water in your oil diffuser or oil burner. For an intense aroma, simply increase the number of drops you use.
